Odometer Quit '88 80Q (speedometer works)

I was waiting to celebrate my 200,000th mile but now I have to wait  some 
more. Got to 195,995 and it quit turning over. Speedometer works fine but  the 
odometer is stuck. I had the dash apart a few months ago, changed some  lights 
and but it back together, everything worked fine for about 2 weeks, but  now 
she is stuck. I would like to get the odometer working again. Anybody have  any 
suggestions?
