Persistent oil leak

Matt,
Have BTDT with the lower cover bolts. Amazing how much oil can come out those
bolt threads. Normally if you pull the bolts out they're either dry, or have
oil on them. If they have oil on them they're leaking! Generally these leaks
are hard to pinpoint (other than bolt being wet) as the oil gets slung around
under the cover. Have seen this problem numerous times! Oil usually exits on
the drivers side of the cover just below water pump and runs down to the oil
pan, then ALL over! Clean the bolt holes and bolts thoroughly (ones that go
through to oil pump etc), then use loctite to seal them.
