200 cold start problems

The 200s have a check valve in/near the fuel pump.
When it goes bad, it allows gas to drain back into
the tank. Then in the morning, the fuel pump has
to re-fill the line before the car will start.
BUT... 40 seconds is way to long for that. It is
usually around 5 seconds. And the "idles badly"
indicates another fault.
