200 cold start problems

If old, try new plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor.
At least try a new distributor cap first. The caps tend to arc-over inside,
leaving carbon tracks. When cold, moisture condenses producing a thin film
which is just enough to bridge the carbon tracks and produce misfiring
and/or no firing.
As soon as engine warms up, or soon after startup, the film evaporates and
engine runs fine.

I've had your symptoms in both my cars now. New Cap fixed the problem.
