1995 S6 problems/issues? AND auto shipping from VT to CO

Hi All:

It's a sad state of affairs, but I'm going to be trading out the "Red
Rocket" a 5000 TQA (just under 300,000 miles and I won't be there when the
odo turns over, bummer!) for a 95 S6 avant.

The deal is done, and the S6 in question has been well maintained. In fact,
some of you may have seen it listed in the marketplace. It's actually being
sold by someone who I don't know but who works in the ski industry like I do
and we have a ton of mutual friends, hence my sight-unseen purchase. The car
has a MTM chip, stebro exhaust and 151,000 miles. Not sure when the timing
belt was last changed, but I'll find out.

The first question is, what other issues, problems, etc should I be looking
for with this car? I know that's an open ended question, but I'm trying to
get an idea of the common problems with this particular model, not the
standard stuff you'd maintain for a car this age.

Second question concerns shipping. The car is in Vermont, I'm in Colorado.
The quotes I'm getting are just over $1,000. Has anyone used a particular
company that they've liked or could recommend?
