I would always wave back to a fellow Audi owner if one was ever to wave to me :-) But I must say this is yet to have happened to me;-) Fingers crossed. I love my Audi and all the joy it brings me, even when is does quirky little things that drive me nutty :-) Waterfest would be awesome someday, but there is allot to do before she is long road trip ready! Hopefully this list will aid in getting that very job done :-)
Well I guess I should introduce myself ;) Hello list! I am Matt Downer of San Jose, CA USA! I have a 1991 Audi Quattro 90 20v Perl White, with about 170k miles on her. She is starting to come apart a ad in the interior and a few engine and exhaust issues, but she still handles like a champ! It's my dream to get all the Little issues resolved and maybe some day race her :-) Just to prove to all those hotshots with new cars, how sweet this oldie is!

Those who have owned an old(er) Audi and have worked on them, congregated
with other owners, and went through their own little hellish experiences
with the cars with the help of others that have BTDT..... these are the
folks that wave back or infact initiate the wave. Hell I've known other old
school audi owners to even follow you through traffic and take a detour the
countryside just to ride with another Audi. Thats the stuff we're made of.
It puts a smile on my face!
