Need a louder turn signal indicator

Since the flasher relay is before the switches (same relay wire, left or 
right, is triggering to the switch), maybe you could wire in a bell or 
beeper, perhaps driven by a second relay to keep the load down.

Or even wire it to cut out one of your speakers?
