Long time VW owner here. Everyone seems to like to carp about VW reliability
these days. I've had numerous VW's and all have been faithfull reliable
companions. The new A5 chassis seems to be following suite. After some
inital quality and build issues things seemed to have evened out. The best
web resource for VW's and real time owner feedback is the vwvortex (
www.vwvortex.com ) find the chassis you're looking to get ( 5 cylinder Vw's
will be the MK5 forums) and read up. If you have questions search the forums
first before asking to avoid jerky responses from intraweb knowitalls. Hope
that helps. I've loved all my 'dubs.
