Yes, the Chrysler 300 chassis is based on the W210 platform- I know the rear
suspension is the same and I think the front is very similar, if not the
same. The Hemi powered cars use a MBZ trans built in Indiana.

I think coming from a real E-Class, you'll be disappointed by the interior
build quality.

Are you coming from a W123, W124 or W210?
