Car trashed... Options?

Alrighty, in response to the questions:
Yes, lights and signals work fine. The digital dash is fine (it does need a lightbuld replaced, however, for the tach).
Car starts, and runs fine once warm. Still burns no oil.
There was coolant leaking from the original expansion tank, which I replaced. It still leaks it from somewhere, though at a much slower rate now. It may just need hoses replaced. Otherwise the cooling system works perfectly.
Rust: yes, the car has rust. I believe it may have been hit while owned by the original owner, and never repaired. There is rust perforation near the passenger-side rear wheel well. Also your standard midwest rust on the bottom of the doors, and light surface rust elsewhere. In all, after owning a 1987 Camry that no longer had wheel wells because of rust, I think it's doing pretty well.
I took lots of pictures of the car, which you can see here:

The passenger-side rust spot is here:

Also, before the car was broken into, I was about to take it to a shop to get the brakes overhauled, and the clutch line bled and refilled. It will be drivable without these repairs, but the rear brakes drag and have no pads left and the front rotors need machining, at the minimum. The clutch works, but is annoying on hot days or if stuck in stop-and-go traffic. I believe there is water in the line, hence the bleed-and-refill work that I had scheduled.
Let's see... what else... The passenger-side door handle no longer opens the door from the outside. Power mirror switches need replacing, as the selector switch is stuck on the passenger side and the directional hat is dirty.
A/C is present, and non-functional.
Cruise is not present, may have been deleted by a previous owner.
Tires are nearly new Hankook W404 winter tires. Great in snow and wet, terrible on dry pavement.
I think that's it.
I'm asking $500 for it. I paid $1200 for it last year. Either drive it away or tow it, it doesn't matter to me. It's only got 1/4 of a tank of gas in it, but there's a service station down the block from me.
Cheers.

Hi Andrew, sorry about your luck. College towns can be
a little rough sometimes. My Audi got beat up pretty
good in a storm in Iowa City a few years back. No
garage to protect it!
A couple questions about the car:
I noticed some damage to the instrument cluster...are
the lights and siganls working?
Any other mechanical problems before the break in?
Thanks,
Steve...in Iowa!
