Racing in the streets

Is it just me or does the audio seem to be re-dubbed? Theres times when the 
engine is heard to be accelorating and the car is going straight yet you 
hear squeeling tires as if he's rounding a corner. Also one particular 
corner that could not have been taken over 30mph near 6:32 into the video, 
yet he had just been doing a very high rate of speed and didn't start 
braking until waaaay late to take the corner, plus the closing speed on the 
pedestrian made it look like he was doing 15mph, not the 50+mph the engine 
speed would have you believe.

No doubt he obviously ran lights and went down wrong way streets, but I'm 
not convinced on the speeds.
