87 Audi 5000 tqa headlight/ac swap from 89 100 q. Possible?

Tom,
If the headlights are the same on the 100q as they are on the non-turbo 5k, 
then they probably just bolt-on.  If they're not, then a bit of modding to 
the mounting points may be required.  I've seen a Type 44 running with 
modified HID units from an A6, and Huw Powell has a quad-round conversion 
documented on his web site.  I guess you won't know until you compare the 
100q unit to the 5ktq mounting points.  My 5ktq has non-turbo 5k eurolights, 
which match up quite well to a V8 hood - the marker lights have been changed 
for DEPO clear units, and Merc. light sockets have allowed me to combine the 
parking light/turn signals and move them up into the corners from the 
bumper.  The vacated bumper spaces have been filled with driving lights, not 
that the relayed euros need any help with lighting the road anyway.
