Removing front dash speaker grills

I changed my front speakers in my 85 4KS... need to remove the glove box
assy and lower drivers side dash, there are 2 phillips screws going directly
up thru the bottom into the grilles.
I used Kenwood KFC-835C 3 1/2" but removing the factory blau's and
retro-fitting with the Kenwoods required some minor trimming of the back
side of the grille and a tab of cardboard off the speaker to accomodate the
posts of the grille. I also retro'd in some 6x9's in the rear deck (more
trimming, cutting, planning, of course, including some cutting of the metal
under the rear deck to let the magnets thru) and those front door pockets
are the perfect candidates for my latest project just completed. I used 6"
PVC cut at an angle (@2" tall on short side, 6" on tall side) and
double-wrapped them in vinyl left over from a boat restore, matches from 5'
away haha.
Ask me for more details/pics if you want to see my handiwork
