The DPRs are picky.  Pop it off againg, inspect, reclean, make sure the
surface is dirt and corrosion free.  Might want to run the Fuel pump for a
split second to expel any debris - do in open area, use a catch rag and
discard immediately - BE CAREFUL.  

 

Carefully tighen it back down and uniformly torque the screws til they are
snug.

O-rings from dealer-looked like exact match with old ones.  Reading about L
DC's issues - sounds somewhat similar to mine wrt not starting because of
potential flooding.

 

I'm continuing with parts replacement this weekend - hopefully success is a
few hours away.
