Cylinder head - donor needed for '89 100 w/ NF engine

I have seen whole motors (mainly MC...) going for very reasonable money.  If
there is significant damage you might as well just drop a "new" motor in.
Just change the timing belt...

Is the head cracked? Or is it warped? If it is warped, you might be able to
have the head milled flat.

If you don't know, and if you can, remove the head and take it to a good
local machine shop. They can a) determine if it is warped, and b) mill it
for you.  If you can't, take it to a good local mechanic and let them know
the car overheated and you think the head is warped.
