- The unit came apart because those that "repaired" it used to many
washers, so the circlip never reached the outer edge to lock. Use only
one dished washer, the plastic ring and the circlip (measure and
confirm). Can use the old circlip, but make sure it has meat to lock.
- One could also see there that wrong grease was used by the repairer.
Make sure you wash it well and use only proper CV grease. Have a look at
the other CVs' if similar happen there.
