Depends on what it's worth to you.... There is a tool, it looks like a
glorified soldering iron with a small hopper to push through plastic
welding rod. It's not exactly cheap

to the one I used to fix the bumper on V8Q #2.) The tool belongs to a
friend of mine, (he paid around $250 for his off the Snapon truck) and I
have borrowed it many times, it's a real life saver when it comes to jobs
like bumpers and grills, and especially when you hear that dreaded "snap"
from Mickey Mouse plastic parts.
My bumper repair IS noticeable IF you look for it, but I was going for
function not looks. It takes a bit of practice to get proficient with
this tool, so if you want it perfect you might want to check with a body
shop, most have this tool and repairs like the ones in your picture
shouldn't take too long with a skilled hand.
