How much should I ask for my car?

I'm considering selling my 1993 Audio Quattro 90S.  It has just under
196000 miles and this month passed PA state inspection.  The body has no
rust, just very minor dings.  The color is red, some minor fading but
nothing a good wax job doesn't mask.  The front right fender was
replaced about 2 years ago after a minor accident.  It was painted and
the driver's side door was blended at the same time.

Mechanically, I know it needs a new water pump but otherwise it runs
amazing and still has incredible speed.  The "guts" were removed from
the larger cat a year ago.

What would be a fair price to ask for the car if I were selling to an
individual.  Any advice is greatly appreciated. :)
