I did. And boy are they ugly. I'm sorry to anyone here that got one,
but it's just not my cup of tea. When I told the wife that Audi had
introduced an SUV, she mentioned (bless her heart) that, "now we can
get an SUV, if we wanted one, because Audi has one". Hah.

But, IMHO, the front is nice and aggressive, but the rear just melts
in a third-generation-Ford-Taurus kinda way. Uninspired from the rear,
IMHO.

It  seems that Audi styling gets progressively less aggressive the further  rearward you travel on the car. You mentioned the rear of the Q7; the  rear of the B7 A4 looks like a Civic to me and the rear of the A6 looks  like an older Saturn L-Series. Very uninspiring, especially compared to  the fishmouth, which I actually like. And why no amber turn signals any  more?
