Anyone in Denver have a valve spring compressor I can borrow?

If you can't find one, you could try to make one like I did. Here is the
one I came up with for about 10.00 worth of parts from Home Depot. I used
compressed air to keep the valve up while changing the keepers but I've
heard of people putting rope in through the sparkplug hole to keep the valve
up as well.

I'm pretty sure someone tore a stem seal on cyl #5 when a valve dropped out
durring assembly and it was replaced not using the protective cover.
Anyways, I need the tool that allows you to do it in the car, VW 541/1and
2036 also shown here.

I'd like to just buy it, but I'd rather put my money towards an adustable
cam sprocket that I can play with when I head to the dyno soon:)
Thanks!
