Need help with 4kq CIS wiring

Hi,  I am trying to trace a short at the spare fuse on my 85 4kq...  everytime I turn the key on it pops the fuse.  I was able to ge tthe car to idle not realizing the computer was not participating but it will not drive like that.   Anyway one of the wires is black, the other is black with a blue stripe and they just disappear under the dash and I am not sure where to look for their termination.  I looked on the ECM plug but there are 3 black/blue wires and I don't know which one it is.
   
  I am also going to check all the engine grounds to see if one has a bad connection perhaps that will help.
   
  I only have a haynes manual and the diagrams don't show the wiring I am looking for..
