Need some information on the 4000Q spoiler.

Would a 'Factory Red" spoiler be red on the underside where the screws are?  
I am looking for an original red spoiler and a guy sent me a picture of one 
but  it is black on the underside. He says it is original but I would think a 
red,  plastic spoiler would be red all around . I just don't want to buy a 
repainted  one.
