I haven't been contributing to the list recently, working on the Jag you know,
but whenever someone flames Brett, I like to check it out. 

My wife is the editor of a small monthly newsletter and she gets email every
month telling her that she should correct the spelling of other's articles,
not reformat other's articles, not accept other's articles, etc., but rarely
(actually I can't think of one in the past 2 years) does she receive email
saying what a great job she's doing, yet a lot of people read and enjoy the
newsletter. Why is it that people will take the time to complain and bitch but
won't take the time to say 'Great Job. Thank you. Please, please, keep up the
good work.'

Well let me say, I agree with everything Huw said in his post, and let me add:

Brett - Great Job. Thank you. Please, please, keep up the good work.
