Hi Eyvind;
If you are certain your discs and pads are OK, check the front suspension
bushings again, including the sway bar bushings and mounts.
Replace the fan.

Subject: Steering wheel shaking + squeeking temp sensor fan
The steering wheel is shaking really bad when I brake. The harder I brake,
the more it shakes, to the point that the whole car is shaking.
Discs and pads are almost new and both look just fine. I'm thinking about
replacing them again, but is there any other things I should check? All
suspension components look fine too.
The small fan in the dash that draws air into/over the climate control
temperature sensor between the instrument panel and glove box is squeeking,
more or less all the time. Any BTDT on how to re-lube this to get rid of
that annoying noise?
The car in question is a '96 A6Q.
