I can't help with the bomb, but hoses can be rebuilt.  People
have used Spokane House of Hose to rebuild the PS hoses.
They reuse the metal connections with new hose. On the PS
hoses, there's a restrictor in one of the hoses that needs to
be reused, too.  My guess is that SHoH, or a local hydraulics
place (think truck stop or construction or farm equipment
repair place) should be able to help you.
