Crafty solution needed: Find the bad CVJ!

Pretty sure my 4kq has a bad CV joint somewhere, as evidenced by a
throbbing sound/feeling at 80mph plus.
Pretty sure it's not a front outer as I get no clacking at full lock in
either direction.
Pretty sure it's not either of the propshaft units either, as they felt
good when I had the propshaft out last fall. Propshaft u-joint also checked
good.
Pretty sure it's not tires, as the problem persists across summers and
snows, and the summers were new last year and the problem predates the
tires.
So.... by my count that leaves 6 CV joints which could be the problem:
all four rears, and the inner fronts. Does anyone have any clever tricks
for finding the bad one(s) without a total teardown?
Thanks!
Robert
