brake questions

As you might be able to tell, I am trying to fix all the little things 
wrong with my 90 200t.  My next problem is the brake warning light.  It 
came on about 1/2 full brightness after I accelerated hard while passing 
about a week ago.  Since then it will turn off and on seemingly at random 
(in other words, I haven't been able to determine a pattern.)  It even 
flickers at times.  Also, whenever you depress the brake pedal, the light 
comes on full brightness for a second or two.  I know I need a bomb 
replacement/recharge, would this alone be causing the brake light 
problems?  Brakes seem to function fine.

Another problem associated with brakes is my anti-lock light.  It also 
comes on at seemingly random times.  Sometimes when I start the car it will 
be on, sometimes not.  It started staying off more often when I pulled and 
reinstalled the sensor for the front right wheel when replacing the wheel 
bearing on that corner.  Any ideas?
