Yes, that little rubber gromet/bushing is a pretty common failure. Most (all?) WorldPac dealers have them. Major PITA to install...

There is a redish rubber/foam round piece that goes into the hole. It has a small hole in the middle that the cable then slips into. About an inch in diameter, IIRC.
