Audi crushed by tractor trailer and bus, driver survives

Just south of Olympia Wa last week a big rig trucker lost a small hand truck 
on I-5, stopped, backed up and got out to get it in the middle lane of the 
freeway. WRX comes along and tries to avoid the truck driver in the middle 
of the freeway and slams himself under the parked big rig. Dead at the site 
and the media comment was 'air bags removed'
