FWIW, the first race of the 2006 F1 season showed at least 4 totally
competitive
teams and a lot of very good racing, even amongst the backmarkers. A lot of
this
was as a result of rather extensive rule changes, so Bernie seems to have
already
gotten the hint, and IMHO applied changes that will allow the technically
superior
designers the ability to still showcase their skills. It is so different
from the nearly
spec racing of Bill Frances series (Grand Am, NASCAR).
