Check the sunroof drains (if equipped.)  They're usually at the front  
corners of the "tray".  The sunroofs aren't designed to seal 100%, so  
the drains are very important.  Run water into them from a bottle and  
make sure they're clear; if they aren't, get a wet/dry shopvac and  
try sucking everything out (get as good a seal as you can), then re- 
check.

Also, check the drains under the rain tray (ie directly in front of  
the windshield.)  I don't know their specific location on the 90,  
sorry.  Try searching the archives for something like "90 drains".   
Those drains are a lot easier to clean- you can stick a wire up into  
the drain from underneath, use a garden hose to blast gunk out, etc.
