I actually had this very thing happen to my '89
100q.
In fact is still does. Every once in a while, the
central locks will not work from the driver's door,
but will work fine from the passenger's door. On
mine,
it is a poor connection in the plug to the air pump
under the back seat. Just unplug and plug it back in
to freshen the connection. Works for me, hope it
works
for you, too.
