looking for a new radio for the ol' 5k

I've noticed some people who don't like the new styling are into Blaupunkt, but 
it seems Blaupunkt has started to go bling as well.  Alpine has some decks that 
aren't styled out too much, and as of my last round of research a couple years 
ago Alpine had the best sound for the money.  Eclipse is great too, but I was 
given the impression from a few people their quality has been slipping over the 
years.
