Stan Ovshinsky may be a name some of you know, especially if you're in any
way familiar with amorphous semiconductor technology.  He's a genius, and
America is a profoundly richer country because of people like him.  He's
been named Time Magazine's Hero for the Planet and was awarded the 2005
Innovation Leadership award by The Economist magazine.  This is the man who
Brett claims is "STRANGLING" the hybrid/NiMH battery industry.
