I may be a famous Republican (or infamous Republican, as far as some on the
List might be concerned) but I still believe in the Freedom to Tinker and
have a warm spot in my heart for people who do. ;)
I want to do this right -- I'm going to take measurements of the before and
after temperatures in several areas around the MC to determine whether I've
made a meaningful, safe improvement or just wasted a few hours of tinkering
and another $50 bucks or so finding out it wasn't worth it. Either way
it'll be a learning experience and a little bit of fun. I'm not looking for
anything enormous, but if I could drop the MC temperatures by 20-30 degrees
at their peak without adversely affecting anything else I'll consider that a
victory.
Cheers,
