I haven't seen a response to this, so let me be the heavy.

It depends. :)

It is a 13 year old car. 270K kms is high mileage. There is
a lot of potential for expensive repairs -- turbo, clutch,
electrics, sensors, seals, etc. The engine itself, if
properly maintained (with receipts), is good for high miles
(500K km/300K miles).

IF, and that is a BIG IF, the seller has the receipts to show
a long history of maintenance, and also receipts for any claimed
expensive repairs over the last few years, it *might* be a good
deal. But be careful -- a timing belt change done only 20K km
ago is seems to have a lot of life left in it, but if it was
done 5 years ago, it is time for another one.

So, my advice is to ask for and examine any receipts, and then
take it to a *good* Audi mechanic and spend $100 or so for a
pre-buy inspection. Then you will know enough about the car
to determine if it is a good buy.
