3b fw/clutch conversion - driveability issues...

So I got to drive the car for the first time today, albeit very breifly. I lost all of the hoses for the breather system in the move, plus I haven't put on any exhaust past the downpipe, so I just went arround the block one time for gits and shiggles.

When I went to put it in gear to pull out of the driveway though I found that it was very very difficult to engage any gear. It seems as if the clutch isn't fully disenaging, as even when driving I had to finagle it out of gear and match rev to select the next gear, as the other choice was clutching and slamming it into the next gear. It's not enough to roll the car once in gear, but it's just really hard to select any gears. It feels like I need a touch of adjustment on the pedal, but the adjustment is perfect, I can feel just a teeny bit of play before the master's piston starts moving, and from there its not much movement until I feel the resistance of the pressure plate so I don't think the system needs to be bled (I left the slave with the car when the engaine and trans came out). I think in the morning I may try to adjust the pedal a little bit and see what happens. Jim/Jeff or anybody else have any experiance or ideas with this?

The engine feels great, and runs like a top. I did one quick 3rd gear pull from 3k with the rev limit set to 5k (I usually keep it at 7500, 8000 at the track) and the engine felt so much better then before. Definately need to hit a dyno to see if I break 400whp this time (was 391). I'm thinking thats pretty much definate, but I don't want to go counting my chickens....
