225/45-16 tires on type 89/B3?

Will 225/45-16 tires on a 7.5x16 ET35 wheel fit a 40 mm lowered type 89 
sedan? I need new 16" tires, and I can get them cheap in that dimension, 
some guy ordered from the tire shop last fall, but never picked them up..

It will be 1.35% larger circumference than the original tires, that should 
be ok, but will they stick out too far? Anybody BTDT? :)
