Ben Swan (spelling ?)  does chip stuff based, I believe, on QLCC.    Ned
Ritchie's  Intended Acceleration was among the early  chip applications.
There's MTM.  And Minhea Cotet is an established chipper with good reports
on Audifans.  Reportedly you want to stay away from TAP.
