i just drove  past a local rednecks mobile home and saw their 17 yr old punk
kid bought a  audi A4..  looks to be a '97-'01 model.
are these cars getting cheap  or what!   in a few weeks it'll be sitting up
on
blocks in the  front yard with the rest of the rusty american junkers they
have laying out  there.

I see no mention of race in the text.
Assuming that description fits a certain race might be considered a bit
