Snow tire fitment, quick question

Fellow listers, thanks for all of the responses.  Pretty much what I  
thought.  I have had snow tires size 205-55-16 on it for the winters over  the last 6 
years, and after receiving the replies I will continue to do  so.  I had a 
chance to get a set of good snows(hakkas) for very cheap, only  problem was the 
larger size.  I will just plan on purchasing the correct  size, and be happy 
with it.
