Wheel offset question

If every other measurement stays the same you will be moving the wheel
and tire laterally further out of the wheel well.
15mm is just a bit more than half an inch.
Go out and grab the wheel well opening and move your hand all the way
around. That'll give you some idea of how much clearance you have to
play with.
Keep in mind the front wheels turn and the rears probably change
camber (tilt) somewhat as they move up and down in their travel.
Doesn't seem like too big a deal. It's probably going to throw more
schmutz up on the side of your car. It might sandblast the area
behind each tire more as well.
It could also affect aerodynamics if it causes the forward edge of the
tire to come outside of the plane of the wheel well opening, thereby
increasing frontal area a bit. This is probably a pretty remote
possibly as long as all other wheel/tire dimensions remain the same as
stock.
