Here is my deciphering of the chicken scratches written by a gen-u-ine 
Audi body shop tech several years ago.

3M part numbers 08874 "rocker schwtz" and 08949 "no clean up rocker gard".

These need a special gun to spray them, Since they are very thick.  I 
may have asked about brushing, but don't remember if there was an answer.

Oh, my notes also say "tell Chris Chuck sent me."

I'd wikify it but the wiki doesn't like me for some reason.
