Wheel offset question

In total, I'd say my wheels are out by 15 mm from the offset but back  
in by 20mm (approx) from the spokes.  The stock wheels are really  
cupped in the mirror image of the brakes and the new ones are almost  
flat in the back, which is why this is the case.
