Bomb light coming on - '90 CQ

Even with a fresh bomb the yellow bomb light comes on! 

I also get the abs activates if I am going slowly and turning the wheel 
while braking.  I am not sure if this is a part of the bomb symptom or not.

I didn't find anything in the Bentley to help although I did not get 
into the electrical schematics to see what actually causes the bomb 
light to come on. 

For the record, the brake pedal feels like a dead bomb and the red brake 
light comes on when I pump the brakes.

Any ideas?  Car is sold and I want to get this last thing fixed for the 
new owner.
