if you look into the engine bay of an rs6, this would not be
too hard to believe. it is *very* tight in there with nary
room for a finger to fit down the side.
however none of the audi's i've worked on (ur-q's, rs2, s2,
& s8) have been easy to access due to large engines stuffed
into small spaces - the less hi-po cars are much better.
much of the current audi philosophy appears to be around the
removal of the engine for replacement of items like the
starter etc.
