ATE Power Disc availability

Hello list,

I want to source a pair of ATE Power Disc brake disc rotors for
my 95 A6q.  Most of the usual online suppliers show a price of about
$50 but show them as out of stock for this application.

There are a couple online stores (I think SJM is one) that show
in stock but at a price of $80 each.

My question: what's with the poor availability, and do the stores
asking more money really have them?
Short of ordering a set at a higher price, how do I find out?
Anyone buy any in the last couple months?
