ATE Power Disc availability

Powerdiscs are no longer powerdiscs, they have been rebranded due to 
poor sales.

ATE is now marketing the grooves as a wear indicator, and not as a way 
of dissipating heat.

They first showed these "new" rotors at last year's SEMA, and they are 
only now starting to hit the market.  I know that Tire Rack carries 
them, or at least is advertising them.
