Radio Removal tool info

I recently purchased one of those closed-out Icelink Plus kits and need to
remove the Symphony radio to install it.
Seems like I need the T10057 tool (which is a set of 4 special keys). The
dealer wants about $26 for them. I think I can make them easily, but need
the dimensions so, hopefully I can get it right the first time. Does anyone
know where to find this info, or have these keys that they'd be willing to
measure for me?
