Alternator dont Charge - red warning lights are on

Let me add a warning to be very careful with test leads and jumpers when 
the engine is running, and with your clothing, fingers, etc.

You don't want anything to get caught in a spinning thingie, wrapping 
itself around your neck and strangling you while electrocuting you and 
cutting off all your fingers.
